Returns & Refunds

We want you and your cat to feel genuinely happy with your order. If something is not right, please reach out and we will do our best to make it right.

Happiness Guaranteed

Because we are a small, sustainability focused brand, we pack every order with care. If you are unhappy, contact us and we will review your situation and help with the best next step.

Change of mind

Because cat litter is considered a hygiene item, we cannot accept returns of opened products.

If your order is unopened, unused, and in its original condition, you may request a return. To request a change of mind return for an eligible unopened item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

Returns must be sent to the return address provided by our team.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email us with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will organise a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Refunds

If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Once your return is received and assessed, we will process your refund promptly. Bank processing times can vary.

Return shipping

For change of mind returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will work with you to resolve this as smoothly as possible.

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please email us and I will personally help. We will always approach refunds and replacements with care and common sense, based on your individual circumstances.
