Shipping rates

We offer flat rate shipping per order, based on the shipping option selected at checkout and your delivery location.

Standard shipping: $10.99
Express shipping: $16.99

Perth metro : $16.50
Tasmania metro: $19.99 flat rate

Where we ship

We ship to most Australian addresses. Some regions (including Tasmania, Northern Territory and remote or rural Western Australia) may require a custom shipping quote.

At this time, we do not ship to PO Boxes.

For Tasmania, Northern Territory, remote or rural Western Australia, or international shipping enquiries, please contact us prior to ordering so we can provide a custom quote.

Order processing

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery is outside of our control. Best Fur Forward is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events or other circumstances beyond our control.
